Deploy Clusters
These guides cover on-premises deployment of SynxDB, on both bare-metal physical servers and virtualized infrastructure.
Deployment workflow
Confirm the configuration: check Software and Hardware Requirements, then size the cluster against your data volume and concurrency.
Complete the preparations: follow Prepare the Environment to set up the operating system, network, and trust between nodes.
Install and deploy: use Deploy on Multiple Nodes for a cluster, or Deploy on a Single Node for one machine.
Install extensions: check Install Extensions for which features are built in and which need separate installation.
Choose a deployment form
Multiple nodes: deployed from RPM packages across several physical or virtual machines. This is the usual form for production.
Single node: deployed manually on one machine, suitable for functional verification and development.
